Consumer products
Consumer checkout is handled through the WHWCreations Etsy shop. The processing time, shipping method, destination availability, return eligibility, and any product-specific conditions shown in the Etsy listing and order confirmation apply to that purchase.
Problems with an order
Use the order-support channel shown in your Etsy order so the purchase record and shipping details stay together. Include photos when an item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing.
Wholesale and project orders
Shipping terms, inspection windows, replacements, returns, and remedies for wholesale, contract-manufacturing, and custom-solution work are defined in the applicable quote or order agreement. Custom and made-to-spec work is generally not returnable unless it fails agreed acceptance criteria.
